Since inception, Principals of Cedar Grove Capital have invested ~$600M in market rate multi-family assets, and successfully exited numerous A, B, and C- class projects across 5 states, and delivered net annual returns to  LP's, with hold periods from 1 day, to 5 years.

What Matters to Us

Multi-Family Complex
Multi-Family Complex
Diversity Matters

We Focus on acquisitions in areas with economically diverse employment drivers and sustainable long term growth prospects, not reliant on a single industry.

Multi-Family Complex
Multi-Family Complex
Value Matters

We identify margin of safety based on ease of operational improvements, and by discount to replacement cost, comps, and in-place cash yield.

Multi-Family Complex
Sustainable Cashflow matters

We look for stabilized occupancy, market positioning, recently profitable operations, and sustainable cash flow immediately after acquisition.
